PROF. KISHOR BHURCHANDI

Kishor M. Bhurchandi (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electronics engineering from the Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology (SGGSIET), Nanded, India, in 1990 and 1992, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India, in 2002.,He is currently a Professor with the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. He is also a Principal Investigator of three major funded research projects. He has over 75 publications and a popular book “Advanced Microprocessors and Peripherals” (McGraw Hill) to his credit. His research interests include embedded systems, image processing, and computer vision.
